why choose us?
PERSONALIZED COMPREHENSIVE CARE
We believe that each person has unique goals, so your physical therapy approach should be unique and tailored to your individual goals and needs.
We work with you in a partnership, investing as much time as needed to understand your needs and assisting you on your journey to wellness.
We believe in giving each patient our undivided attention by treating one person at a time providing approximately 40 min consultation and treatment sessions every visit.
One-on-one sessions allow us to truly listen and understand the concerns, frustrations and motivation behind your goals.
You will have the same highly qualified physical therapist for each visit. You will not switch between therapists.
Our mission is to provide our patients with the best physical therapy service. We strive to help our patients decrease their pain and restore their daily functional mobility efficiently in the fewest sessions possible.
SPECIALIZED EFFECTIVE APPROACH
Wesley Chapel Physical Therapy and Associates employs the highest level of experienced, credentialed physical therapists with a drive to help people and provide the best care possible for you.
Our therapists have over 20 years experience with some possessing internationally recognized post-graduate education such as Fellow of American Academy Orthopedic Manual Therapy (AAOMPT) and Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).
We offer highly specialized services for complex pelvic floor conditions. Our expert has advanced training that is essential to successfully resolving pelvic floor challenges.
Our clinic is the only Certified McKenzie Clinic in the Tampa Bay area. MDT, also known as The McKenzie Method, is a philosophy of active patient involvement and education that is trusted and used by clinicians and patients all over the world for back, neck and extremity problems. This approach continues to be one of the most researched physical therapy methods available.
These higher levels of specializations allow us to not only treat your symptoms, but also find the underlying cause of your problem to prevent future recurrences.
OUR POLICY DURING COVID -19
We support your well-being through these challenging times.
We have always upheld a strict hand-washing policy and we sanitize each area after every use for a clean and sanitary environment for all patients.
We are taking these additional measures that follow CDC guidelines:
- Staff and patients are advised to reschedule any appointments if not feeling well or have symptoms such as cough, sore throat, or fever.
- Everyone must wash or sanitize their hands immediately upon entering the facility.
- Since we have two separate waiting rooms, patients can arrive 5 minutes prior to treatment time and 15 minutes prior initial evaluation time.
- No visitors are allowed in the office unless directly required for patient care.
- No children should come to the clinic with patient for treatment sessions. If a child must accompany the patient, treatment will occur in a treatment room only, and the child will have to stay in the treatment room at all times.
- Your therapist will disinfect equipment and treatment area before and after you use it.
- Upon arrival, we will offer you a mask and pair of gloves, if you wish to use them.
- Every therapist has his/her private treatment room.
An internationally recognized seal of excellence.
One of only 3 McKenzie-MDT Certified Clinics in Florida.
