From the first appointment, I knew I chose the right practitioner. She was kind and knowledgeable in so many domains of postpartum recovery. She gave me customized exercises at exactly the pace I needed to build back up my core strength in the correct way to help my abs heal. After my time with Eva, I have better strength in my core than I did after my first baby. Not only did she give me the ability to recover beyond my expectations, but she was such an enjoyable presence and I always looked forward to our appointments. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at this practice.

I had a spinal laminectomy. I needed to find a Physical therapist for post-surgical rehabilitation. Wesley Chapel Physical Therapy and Associates came up as in- network, during a search on my insurance website. They were close by, and were able to schedule my initial visit quickly. I was very happy with the initial and subsequent visits. My therapist, Eva was very personable, and knowledgeable. During the initial clinical evaluation, Eva evaluated my mobility, as well as how well I performed various movements. I learned the practice specializes in patient empowerment by considering individual skills and resources to promote stable spine positioning. They tie in overall health, to patient mobility. I spent many years in physical therapy leading up to this surgery. This practice is like no other I have experienced. In addition to routine therapy, Eva provided me with many useful suggestions for my day-to-day life and fitness. She was also willing to schedule my appointments at 5pm, allowing me to get in a full day at work. Given how stressed out I used to get trying to squeeze in PT sessions during a workday, this alone helped me love this place. Wesley Chapel Physical Therapy and Associates is by far the best physical therapy experience I have ever had.

I was referred to Wesley Chapel Physical Therapy from my podiatrist to treat plantar fasciitis on my right foot. I had been having pain in my foot for four months. My first session was with Eva for assessment. The remainder of my eight-week sessions were with Lars. Both Eva and Lars are very professional and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Lars taught me different stretches to ease the pain initially. Then he added strengthening exercises as the pains became less severe. Each session included a message of the calf muscles and cold laser treatment to the sole of my foot. At all times Lars checked to make sure an exercise wasn't creating pain and that I was performing the exercise correctly. My pain has receded, and now I know what to do to keep it under control.
