I first came to Mariusz because of lower lunbar (fusion of L4 L5) , and neck issues. I was at the point of "I just can't deal with this pain anymore" stage. Mariusz, very patiently and kindly, answered my many questions, explained and showed me what exercises to do for pain relief. I continue to faithfully do them and do not have pain shooting down my arms any longer! I also have extravagant mobility of my lower back, without pain! I continue doing the exercises and keep moving. I am now up to brisk walking at least 5 miles early of a morning, and more throughout the day! Mario and Eva are extremely knowledgeable in the field of physical therapy. I have had lower back and neck problems over the years. I am a runner and was having major issues with my lower back and hip. Mario was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on mechanically and tailored my therapy to help alleviate and strengthened the area. He answered all of my questions and educated me on the whys and the hows. I am eternally grateful for his assistance. I was able to complete a half marathon pain free, beating my personal record because of his therapy. The exercises that he taught me are my daily routine and he helped me to understand the importance of conditioning by doing the set therapy. He is patient and compassionate and will give you the right amount of push without being overwhelming. I also brought my mom in for therapy with him after her partial knee replacement. With his help and guidance, she was able to complete a 2-week tour of Italy last year pain free. My mother and I are so grateful for the care we have received at Wesley Chapel Physical Therapy and Associates. Should the need arise again, we would definitely come back to see Mario and Eva.
